1. Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older to take part in the Competition.

2. The Competition is open to individuals worldwide.

3. The Competition starts at 00:00 (GMT) on 12/12/2023 and will run until 00:00 (GMT) on 26/12/2023.

4. All entries must be received by 00:00 (GMT) on 26/12/2023 to be eligible.

5. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, include inappropriate information or do not arrive within the specified time frame for whatever reason will not be accepted. The decision of Peek & Poke and Moosend shall be solely at their discretion in this regard.

 
6. To participate, Participants will be required to provide their name and email address. While providing this information is optional, only Participants who provide their name and email address will be eligible to win prizes.

7. Any Moosend or Sitecore employees, their families and friends are strictly prohibited from being selected as winners.

 
8. Participants may attempt the game as many times as they wish.

 
9. Winners will be selected by random draw. There will be thirty (30) draws for thirty (30) prizes, as further described below. A Participant is only eligible to win one (1) prize and if drawn a second time, the second draw will be re-drawn. The decision of Moosend regarding the winners will be final and binding.

10. Participants consent to their first name being displayed on the leaderboard (as determined by score) and to their first name being posted on Moosend’s website and social media accounts in connection with sharing leaderboard updates in promotion of the Competition and announcing winners. By consenting to provide their name, Participants understand that their first name will be publicly visible on the leaderboard.

11. Prizes include:
a. Five (5) free one (1) year Moosend subscriptions for up to 1 million subscribers
b. Twenty (20) coupons for 50% (fifty percent) discount on a one (1) year Moosend subscription for up to 1 million subscribers
c. Five (5) Moosend swag boxes

12. Each prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

 
13. Excluding shipping on the swag boxes, no other costs will be covered.

14. Prize discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions.

15. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration within two (2)business days of the Competition closing.

16. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. For the avoidance of doubt, winners of subscription discounts will have up to March 31, 2024 to activate their subscription discount.

17. No warranty or guarantee is given by Moosend in relation to the Competition or any of the prizes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moosend, its agents, affiliated companies including Sitecore USA, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury or death howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of the Competition or in connection with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to the Competition. Moosend’s aggregate liability to Participant will not exceed USD $1.00 (one United States dollar).

 
18. Moosend reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Competition.

 
19. Moosend, at its sole discretion and at any time, has the right to remove a Participant from the Competition if it has reasonable cause to believe that the Participant has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally, inappropriately or in an unauthorized manner.

20. Moosend and the game supplier, Peek & Poke, are individually and collectively not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures, or any other error that may occur in the transmission of data or while participating in the Competition.

21. These Terms and Conditions and this Competition is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The courts of San Francisco County, California shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to these Terms and Conditions or the Competition.

 
22. The information collected during registration will be subject to Moosend's Privacy Policy available at https://www.sitecore.com/trust/privacy-policy, provided that marketing communications will be subject to opt-in during registration.
