Will Moosend be shutting down?

No. Moosend is here to stay. Joining Constant Contact has provided Moosend with the financial backing and global infrastructure to continue to operate as normal.

Will the Moosend product change?

Moosend remains the platform you know and use today. We don’t plan to change the user experience. If anything changes in the future, it will only happen to offer more value to our customers.

Will my account move to Constant Contact?

No. No action is required on your part. Your account access remains exactly as it was. You will continue to use your existing email and password to log in at moosend.com.

Will my pricing change?

No. Your current plan and features remain unchanged. If anything changes in the future, we will communicate it clearly and well in advance.

Is my data still secure?

Yes. Data privacy is a priority for our business. Moosend continues to operate under strict security protocols, and we are now backed by Constant Contact’s enterprise-grade security infrastructure. We remain fully compliant with global data regulations (like GDPR).

Will my integrations/API still work?

Yes. Existing APIs, automations, integrations, and workflows will continue to operate consistently.

Can I now use Constant Contact’s phone support?

Moosend and Constant Contact currently maintain separate support teams to ensure you get expert help for the specific platform you’re using. You can continue to reach the Moosend team via our 24/5 email and chat support.

Will I receive my next invoice from Constant Contact or Moosend?

Your billing remains the same. Your invoices will still come from Moosend, and the name on your credit card statement will not change. You won’t need to update any vendor information in your accounting software or notify your bank of a change in merchant.
