SimplyDigital is a global marketing agency that helps customers from various industries build their marketing strategy. Founded in 2017, the company counts today 3.2 million followers on TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.

With 20+ years of experience, Konstantinos Synodinos, CEO and founder of SimplyDigital, talked to us about the challenges of expanding the email marketing channel for different companies, and how a tool like Moosend helps go from collecting emails to building long-lasting relationships with customers.  

The challenge: From attract to engage 

Email marketing is a way to warm your audience, Synodinos says. Everybody is on social media these days. So, naturally, this is a great channel to attract new customers. “We initially reach people on social media. But, we felt that wasn’t enough. As Synodinos explains, while creating their landing page in Moosend, they made sure to add their logo and brand colors for consistency across their website. They also included a simple, yet straightforward, form that wouldn’t put visitors off by asking for unnecessary information. 

The result? 

We collected 15,000 emails within 4 months in a non-selling way.”
