Does Moosend offer a free trial and demo?

Yes, Moosend offers a free trial. You can access our full range of features for 30 days without any cost. Whilst we do not offer demos at this time, like all our paid plans, you will also have full access our knowledge base, email and live chat support when using the trial version.

What is the difference between Moosend's subscriptions and credits?

Moosend offers two main billing options: subscriptions and credits. Subscriptions: These are monthly or annual plans where you pay a fixed fee based on the number of subscribers you have. With a subscription, you get unlimited emails sent to your subscribers each month, and the features are available according to the plan you choose. Credits: With this option, you buy email credits in bulk and use the credits every time you wish to send. This is a more flexible option for businesses that don’t send emails frequently or have varying email volumes. In short, subscriptions are for regular, ongoing email marketing, while credits work best for occasional or smaller-scale campaigns.

Do I need to create team members or a client account in Moosend?

In Moosend, team members are people within your organization who help manage campaigns and tasks. They can have different access levels, like Admin, Manager, or Editor, depending on their role. A client account is for external customers who use Moosend to manage their own email marketing campaigns or for white labelling purposes. They have access, if you allow it, only to their own campaigns and data. Team members are internal users with varying levels of access and responsibilities within the organization, while a client account is white labelling.

Can't login ''We couldn't find an account with that username and password when trying to log into Moosend'' error

If you're seeing the error "We couldn't find an account with that username and password" when trying to log into Moosend, we recommend the following steps to resolve the issue: 1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies as old data can sometimes cause login problems 2. Reset your password to ensure you have the correct login credentials 3. However, for added security, we do provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication on certain plans. Why am not receiving test campaigns?

If you're not receiving test campaigns in Moosend, here are a few steps to try: 1. Check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure the test campaign isn’t being filtered 2.Verify the email address you’re sending the test campaign to is correct 3.Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as sometimes old data can cause issues 4.Try sending the test campaign from a different browser or device to rule out browser-related issues 5.Ensure that your email service provider isn't blocking emails from Moosend 6.Make sure you have your DNS records added for your Sender email 7.If you're still not receiving the test campaigns after these steps, feel free to reach out to support for further assistance.

Why is my mailing list rejected?

If your import has been rejected, it is likely due to a significant number of invalid email addresses in your list. To successfully upload your list, you will need to clean it using a reputable third-party cleaning service. Our Compliance & Deliverability Teams recommend Email List Verify as the gold standard for this process. Once the cleaning process is complete, please ensure that only the email addresses marked as "Valid" are uploaded to your Moosend list. Additionally, please note that we only accept CSV or Excel files formatted as UTF-8 and without any special characters within the file (such as , ! @ # $ % ^ ' & * ( ) – _ = + \ | [ ] { } ; : / ? . >)

How can I open my ignored report for my mailing list?

If you click on your Ignored report and it does not open automatically, simply right click on the link and select copy > paste the URL on a new browser tab and hit enter, the report will then download to your device.

My campaign is not showing correctly in Outlook, why?

The old Outlook app uses an outdated rendering engine based on Microsoft Word, which struggles with modern HTML and CSS. This can cause formatting issues, broken layouts, and inconsistent font rendering in email campaigns. The new Outlook app uses a more advanced web-based engine, ensuring better compatibility with responsive designs, improved rendering of modern email elements, and fewer display issues. How can I test my automated workflow in Moosend?

To test your automation in Moosend: 1. Set your automation to Active 2.Add your personal email to the mailing list connected to the automation and ensure all required custom fields for the automation flow are filled out 3.Checkmark your email in the mailing list and choose an action to trigger the automation 4.Select the automation you wish to test 5.Once triggered, you'll enter the flow of the automation and proceed through the steps as a recipient would, allowing you to verify that everything works as expected before going live.
